Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
This policy is designed in accordance with the Consumer Protection and Safety Act of Trinidad and Tobago.
1. Sale Items (Discounted Merchandise)
All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Defective items must be reported within 14 days of purchase.
2. Regular Price Items
Items purchased at regular price qualify for:
- Exchange within 14 days, OR
- Refund within 14 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee
(All refunds are processed in-store ONLY! Refunds will not be issued via courier or delivery services.)
* For exchanges, delivery can be arranged where applicable; however, an additional delivery fee will apply.
Conditions:
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
3. Defective Items (14-Day Warranty)
If an item is proven to be defective within 14 days, customers are entitled to:
- Full refund, OR
- Exchange, OR
- Replacement
This applies to all items, including sale items.
4. Refund Processing (Important)
All refunds are processed in-store only.
- Refunds will not be issued via courier or delivery services
- Customers must visit our store to complete refund transactions
This policy does not limit your right to a refund where legally required.
5. Online Orders
- This same policy applies to all online purchases
- Items must be returned within the 14-day period
- Refunds are to be processed in-store only. Customers are required to visit our store to complete all refund transactions.

6. Consumer Rights Notice
Nothing in this policy removes or limits your rights under the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
Customers are entitled to remedies where goods are:
- Defective
- Unsafe
- Misrepresented
